Since its establishment in 1365 H. and over the last sixty years, Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry has been striving diligently to serve the economy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has continuously contributed to its development and progress. The JCCI always tries to support and serve the private sector and help it to solve its problems.1
Challenge
With the businesses striving and the economy rapidly expanding, JCCI needed to improve its business processes in order to keep up with rising demand. At the same time, the JCCI was looking to offer more web services to its customers.
